Refunds are granted at our discretion and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We will replace any that are significantly different than the stated metrics or those that have been spammed in the past. If there is a major issue with the domains then we will replace or refund should you not be happy.
Items that cannot be refunded or returned, except under special circumstances determined at the sole discretion of DomainPeel:
To complete your exchange or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In the case that we transfer a domain to you, you will have to transfer the domain back to us. If that is not possible for you, you may not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
